PP is a national high tech corporation and always focusing on the R&D of product. Well-designed PP products including corollary equipment are always gained popularity in the international tape market since the day PP was established. Our products have been widely used in the fields of aerospace, automobile, infrastructure construction, power cables bundling , pipeline equipment, home appliances, logistics, heavy objects packaging and so on. In to expand its production capacity, PP relocated its production base from RAJKOT to INDIA in 2015. Thus, its factory site has been expanded to a larger scale of 196 square feet.
With its enhanced core management,PP global branches soon scattered around in AHMEDABAD, the USA and Australia. PP Tape has obtained a great number of domestic and international patents and were successfully granted with several internationally recognized authority marks such as IS09001, IS014001, IS045001, IATF16949, RoHS in line with meeting all standards of the international environmental protection requirements.

Talk to our team01 What does traceability look like on a shipment?
Every roll carries batch and lot identification that traces back to the master roll, coating lot and slitting run. Inspection records, measured values and certificates of analysis are retained against that batch, so your internal audit file has documentary evidence rather than a delivery note.
02 How do you verify the specifications you publish?
In our own lab, against recognised methods: ASTM D-3652 for peel adhesion, D-3330 for shear adhesion, D-3759 for thickness, D-149 for dielectric strength and D-412 for tensile. Published figures are measured values from these tests, not catalogue claims.
03 Which certifications and compliance standards do you work to?
Our quality system is certified to ISO 9001:2015. Products are supplied RoHS compliant as standard, and constructions that are UL 510 listed are supplied with the recognition documented. Compliance paperwork is issued per part number rather than as a blanket statement.
04 Do you support small volumes as well as full truck-loads?
Both. A single lab roll for engineering validation and a full-volume private-label programme are run on the same lines with the same documentation. The difference is volume, not the level of technical support or traceability.
05 Can we see the plant before placing an order?
Yes. We conduct virtual factory tours for procurement teams, covering the coating lines, slitting hall, die-cutting area and lab in real time. Site visits can also be arranged for customers travelling to India, with the coating and lab runs scheduled in advance.
06 Which carrier families do you convert?
Polyimide, PET, BOPP, PVC, PE foam, aluminium foil, glass cloth and cloth — eight carrier families converted in-house and paired with a purpose-selected adhesive chemistry. One supplier, one accountable test record, consistent tolerance across the range.
