We are a direct converter and coater. Slitting, coating, spooling and die-cutting run in-house under our own ISO 9001:2015 certified quality system, so tolerances, lead times and batch traceability stay with one accountable team.
02 What is your minimum order quantity?
Trials start at a single lab roll so your engineers can run peel and shear testing before any commitment. Production quantities are quoted from roll format, coating specification and annual volume — trial rolls to full truck-loads are all quoted on the same basis.
03 What is the narrowest width you can slit?
Log slitting runs from 0.5 mm up to 1600 mm on our master roll line, with typical width tolerance of ±0.1 mm. Narrower or wider formats, and repeat lengths matched to your line, are produced on the same line with confirmed tolerances on the order.
04 How long does a lead time take?
Trial rolls ship from slit stock within 48 hours. Repeat production orders on an existing specification are typically 5–7 working days, and new coating or adhesive qualifications are quoted at 10–15 working days with a confirmed date, never a guess.
05 Can we test samples before committing to a production order?
Yes. Order a sample kit for a cross-section of the range, or request a single precision-slitted trial roll of the exact construction you are evaluating. Both ship with a technical data sheet and safety data sheet generated from our own lab records.
06 Do you supply TDS, SDS and compliance documents?
Every product carries a technical data sheet and safety data sheet generated from measured values, published in both metric and imperial units. RoHS declarations are standard, and UL 510 recognition is documented where the construction is listed.
07 Do you export, and can you support private-label programmes?
We ship worldwide and quote OEM, private-label and toll-coating programmes. We can print cores, liners and cartons to your artwork, and a virtual factory tour is available for international procurement teams before you commit.
